Skin Supplier List
This was put together by a guy named James on the conga forum. Thanks James.
I am sure there are some other suppliers but this will give you a great start if you are looking for some new skins for your conga drums or djembe drums. If you have any suppliers you would like to add please let me know and I will add them to the list here.
Ryan Manito Wendel
Ryan is my favorite supplier of skins. He has everything including thin mule for bongos and djembes as well as different types of steer skin (brown natural and white) and he even has camel! Call or write him for a personal consultation for what skin will best suit your needs. He is a player as well as a drum maker so you can really get the benefits of his knowledge!

Formerly United Rawhide of Chicago, the supplier of the original Gon Bops heads. “Every area of the hide is graded for thickness and quality. Our milling machines are up and running so that we can continue to make a uniform thickness. We follow specs that we have learned over the years from many in the industry. We can also make custom thicknesses.”
